Payments can be made through our website or directly with our cleaning professional. We charge a 50% cancellation fee for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled date.

  3. Safety and Privacy: The safety and privacy of our customers are extremely important to us. All of our cleaning professionals undergo a background check and are required to sign a confidentiality agreement. We do not share any personal information of the customer with third parties.

  4. Quality of Services: We are committed to providing high-quality cleaning services to our customers. If a customer is not satisfied with the cleaning performed, we ask that they contact us within 24 hours so we can correct the issue.

  5. Limited Liability: While we do our best to ensure that our services are performed with the highest quality and professionalism, we are not responsible for damages or losses incurred during the cleaning process. However, if there is an issue, we are willing to work with the customer to find a fair solution.
